Wow, stumbled upon this food truck located in an area filled with other food trucks. The food was amazingly fresh and delicious, restaurant quality, well priced. We sat outside, basking in the sun, munching on our shrimp and fish tacos. Yum! we will be back.

Was told this food truck has the best coconut shrimp and I am delighted to say the recommendation was on point! We were in Maui over Christmas and forgot it was Christmas Eve when we showed up at the food truck park, but thank goodness the Kihei Fish House was open (we tipped well!). My mom and I both got the coconut shrimp and chips (I upgraded to sweet potato fries) and my son got the tofu fried rice. Both were incredibly delicious, and appropriately priced! Strong encouragement to go visit this food truck.
